Bio
William McDonald received a Bachelor of Industrial Design in April 2012 from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. He worked as an industrial design intern for one year at Teknion, an international designer and manufacturer of office systems furniture, storage and seating products.
William has used his broad range of skills and creativity on a variety of design projects, from furniture and lighting, to wheelchairs and architectural systems. Using his strong background in mechanical and conceptual thinking, William combines minimal forms and contrasting materials together to create useful, honest, and modern products.
